Roasted Asparagus

½ pound asparagus

2 tsp olive oil

2 tsp Downing’s Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ tsp salt

1 clove garlic, minced

Freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  1. Preheat oven to 425oF
  2. Snap off tough ends (if any)
  3. Place asparagus in flat roasting dish
  4. Drizzle with remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, turning once.
  6. Yield:  2 servings.  Enjoy!
